The Solution: I developed and executed a no-cost strategy leveraging Amazon’s native Variation Filters to consolidate and amplify review counts on client’s core products.
The Implementation: the process involved a comprehensive portfolio analysis, followed by a rigorous benchmarking exercise against leading competitors. I then implemented a strategic grouping framework to meet or exceed these benchmarks, which was successfully deployed on Amazon UK.
