Regional Methodology

The Challenge: to create a regional EMEA methodology for teams involved in online sales, guiding them through an eStore audit, with a primary focus on analysing both their brand performance and competitive positioning.

The Solution: I designed a comprehensive eStore Visit Guide that outlines a systematic methodology for evaluating both brand performance and competitive positioning. The guide also includes a dedicated section on how to leverage findings to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.

The Deployment: the eStore Visit Guide was deployed across the entire EMEA region, with key stakeholders in local markets driving its successful implementation.

The Results:

the methodology received extremely positive feedback across the region, and its efficacy was ultimately validated during a live e-store visit conducted in the presence of the company’s CEO.
